ABOUT POWER RECORDS

Ben Hancock, the founder of Power Records, has never had any formal training in his music, starting out with a career in electrical engineering to fit in with the typical standard of success toted by society. Something just wasn't making him happy when he would come home from work at the end of the day. He had everything society said that would make him happy, yet he felt like he had no where to fly.

 

Before giving up on this grand adventure, he decided to try pursuing music. Something he had always had a passion for, something that always had his back, something that could cheer him up when he felt like he had nothing else to look forward to. 

 

He founded Power Records to share his passion for music with those who are looking for more. Those looking for a place to fly, but not sure where to go. You've found your home, let's take this journey together.
 

"I have always loved music but never really knew how I wanted to integrate it into my life. I started Power Records as an experiment because I wanted to share the joy that music brought to me with a wider audience. My vision for Power Records is to share my love for music through producing, making beats, music engineering, and merchandise."

Ben uses his background in engineering to add precision to the music he produces, and he's  taken inspiration from many different genres including: hip hop, EDM and jazz.
